Sales Executive - Leather Furnishings

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive - Leather Furnishings to join our team.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell our extensive range of leather furnishings in the UAE market.
  • Identify and target potential clients in the corporate, hospitality, and residential sectors, building strong relationships and understanding their unique furniture requirements.
  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices and sales.
  • Present product demonstrations and educate clients on the features, benefits, and customization options available with our leather furnishing brands.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, negotiate pricing and contractual terms, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal design and project teams to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth execution of projects.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as preparing quotations and reports, keeping sales records, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to expand your professional network and generate new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree,preferably in a business related discipline with minimum experience of 2 years in B2B sales within the furniture or interior design industry, with a focus on leather furnishings.
  • Deep understanding of the UAE market and existing connections within the corporate, hospitality, and residential sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Passion for design, furniture, and the ability to articulate the unique value propositions of our leather furnishing brands.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently, managing your sales pipeline efficiently.
  • Candidate must hold a valid UAE driving license.
